Delete your Printables.ph account

In the app or on the website

1. Log in to Printables.ph (the Android app or https://printables.ph).
2. Open Dashboard, then the Profile tab.
3. Under Delete account, type DELETE and press Delete my account.

Can't log in? Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We complete requests within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address, password, mobile number, addresses, and profile photo.
• Saved 3D models, your cart, and AI assistant chats.
• All sign-ins: every device is signed out immediately.

What is kept

Orders, quotations, and payment records (items, amounts, dates, the delivery details on each order, and files attached to orders) are kept for accounting, tax, and warranty purposes, as required by Philippine law. They are no longer linked to an account. See the privacy policy for details.
