AI assistant and model uploads

The Printables.ph assistant is AI, not a human. Messages and model preview measurements are sent to Amazon Bedrock to generate guidance. Raw STL and 3MF files are saved on our server for staff review; they are not sent to Bedrock by this assistant.

Chat messages and attached files are stored for 30 days. Signed-in conversations can be linked to your account. Guests use a private browser cookie to return to their conversation. Authorized Printables.ph staff can review the conversation and download the attached files.

Do not submit passwords, payment card details, or confidential designs that you do not want processed this way. AI recommendations are not a sliced quotation, safety certification, or guarantee of printability. Our team confirms production details.
